I hesitated because of the price and mixed reviews, but I got the small 7-inch pan on sale during Black Friday. Following the seasoning instructions was easy, and the next day, I tried frying an egg. I was nervous because of the reviews about eggs sticking, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I preheated the pan on low, sprayed it with olive oil, and cracked an egg into it.
